Free Demo testing with Warren King on 11/3

Invite your friends and family to have a free mini demonstration of Warren’s energetic auricular testing. He can test what is the best and worst foods for their body and which organs need the most attention. He will be at Spirit of the Lake Yoga on November 3rd from 5-8pm. It is located at 244 Water St.in Excelsior, their number is 952-474-7707. There will be about 15 exhibitors at the expo and admission is free.

Hold the Mayo (clinic)

When I received a postcard inviting me to a 2 hour talk on inflammatory bowel disease I thought “I treat lots of inflamed bowels, let’s see what the experts have to say.” There was free valet parking and free food. I was surprised at the number of people, I thought there would be a few dozen, it was closer to 250, with three large screens. The first speaker specialized in using drugs for inflamed bowels. There were about 5 levels of drugs, each with more severe side effects than the last and there was no way to know who would get what side effects. The only natural approach they mentioned was that using tobacco seems to help people with Chrone’s disease, but to protect their lungs the nicotine patch is often used. They have to to do many many tests to determine what kind of intestinal disease they have. Some people who swallow the camera in a capsule need surgery to remove the stuck camera.

The second doctor was the surgeon. He steps in when the drugs fail to work over time, which not surprisingly is quite often. He was very pleased that intestines can now be removed with very little cutting of the abdomen. He showed samples of really gross and inflamed removed colons. He said once you have one surgery, you would often have to come back for more. Many need colostomy bags, but some can have the small intestine hooked up to the rectum, then you just have to have soft stools about 6 times a day.

When they collected questions for the doctors at the end I wasn’t disappointed as mine was actually read. I asked why there was no talk on alternatives such as special diets, probiotics and alternative approaches such as acupuncture. He said that was a very common question. He said using bacteria to change the gut inflammation is exciting future research. And he wishes there were studies on diet, but the drug companies haven’t yet put in the big bucks in order to do a study. And there is just no research on acupuncture and other modalities. And he actually said that probiotics are untested and are expensive so not to waste your money until it is proven. Seriously, they sell tens of thousands of dollars of tests, drugs and surgery and have no clue about probiotics.

I have been using diets, herbs, homeopathics and probiotics for over 20 years. I specialize in digestive disorders. None of my patients have had to have their colons removed after working with me. There are plenty of studies on probiotics and acupuncture but none sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry. I think that every one in that room, if told the truth, would rather try an effective alternative non-toxic, non-invasive, inexpensive approach first, before taking dangerous and even life-threatening drugs and surgery.

I would love to be an a study where 20 people with the first symptoms of inflammatory bowels are split into two groups, 10 get and alternative approach and 10 get a medical approach and then in 1 year see how people have fared and how much the care has cost. Until that time I will rely on my experience and work with those open enough to give it a try.

Fall 2011 Newsletter

Eat Organic

While testing patients for the last few months

it has been showing up for the majority of

people that the fruits and vegetables that

are highest in pesticides should be

organic.

The fruits that should only be eaten if organic are:

Apples

Blueberries

Grapes (imported)

Nectarines

Peaches

Pears

Strawberries

The vegetables that should be organic are:

Celery

Collards

Kale

Lettuce

Potatoes

Spinach

Sweet Bell Peppers

Pesticides interfere with the insects nervous and

reproductive systems, so it is no wonder that they

can mess us up as well.

There are certain fish that are high in mercury that

should likewise be avoided like: Tuna, Mackerel, Chilean

Sea Bass and Orange Roughy

Best to also avoid corn syrup, canola oil and tap water.

Testimonial-Major Digestive Issues

About twenty years ago, 1991, I began to have digestive problems that brought on pain and over all continual discomfort.  I went to an MD and after the normal tests and such the doctor recommended that I have my gall bladder taken out. The procedure was done laproscopically and it was a rather easy procedure.  However, a few days after this procedure, I was again experiencing pain shortly after I had eaten. I went back to the doctor and they recommended an ERCP procedure.   This is a process where they go down your throat with several instruments and clean out your bile duct. After the ERCP procedure, things went on fairly well until 2005.  That’s when I began to have severe  pain in my stomach, similar to the pain I had in 1991.

I then went back to an MD and he lined me up with a gastroenterologist and I had another ERCP. The pain continued and I went back 10 days later for another ERCP.  It wasn’t long before the pain returned.  I saw another MD who had me see another gastroenterologist who suggested I have another ERCP. To make a long story short, I had two more of these procedures and the result was always the same, the pain and indigestion would come back.  The next step in the standard medical profession is a large operation where they re-route your liver, your pancreas, and then route your bile duct directly into your small intestine. I decline this as it is a serious operation without any guarantee of success.

Not long after that, a niece of mine told me about a natural practitioner that completely solved her difficulty with dizziness. She had had this condition for several years and had been to many doctors of different specialties with little or no help. She attended a special clinic where many doctors of varying practices were offering their skills in dealing with many human ailments.  One of the people she visited with was Warren King.  Warren King, with diet alone, resolved her dizziness almost at once. Because she is aware that I am having stomach problems, she told me her story several times over the course of two to three years.  Ultimately, she convinced me to give it a try.

I made an appointment with Warren King and he asked that I bring in a list of everything that I use to help the digestive problem . He asked what type of food I eat, among other things.  Incidentally, my intake of food before I met Warren was mostly bland soup and crackers.  The pain would be so severe that there were many times I would simply eat nothing at all. I lost weight that I did not need to lose and I had very little get up and go.

Warren ran a few tests on me and said I would have to change my diet for a little while and prescribed several herbs and vitamins that he used to get my condition corrected and for me to get my life  back on track. I was so negative about my condition that after my first session with Warren I asked how long it would be before I would feel relief and would be able to eat normally. I was very anxious and hopeful at the same time.  He told me I would see a big difference in about two weeks and then more slowly I would be back to normal.  I am now taking vitamin c, milk thistle, a multi herb,  and fish oil and all of these would be good for anyone with perfect health.  These are all natural things that are good for anyone with or without a health condition.

The one thing I have seen with Warren is that he is very positive and when he diagnoses your condition he is on it and knows what your needs are to restore your health.  He is intelligent, he is friendly, and you can contact him by email or by phone and you won’t wait long for his reply. He also has a gal by the name of Elizabeth working with him and she is there with perfect direction and solution to your needs at the time. She and Warren have almost angelic ways.  Concern and consideration is what you will see.  It has been a few days over a year since my first visit with Warren and I am so grateful for the turnaround my life has taken. If anyone has a digestive condition similar to mine I would very much recommend seeing Warren King.         J. O.,  Coon Rapids,  MN

Warren to talk in Eagan on July 12th

Warren willl be giving a talk at the LIfe Lines meeting, Tuesday July 12th

at the Eagan Community Center at 7:30-9:00 pm. The address is 1501 Central Pkwy

Eagan, MN 55121

It has been 12 years already since Warren King last spoke to us. He wants to share what he has learned since then with us. Warren has had a lot of experience and has treated 7000 patients since he became a licensed acupuncturist 20 years ago. In his busy practice Warren specializes in technique called Auricular Medicine, where a map on the ear is used to find out what is happening in the whole body. He also uses a system of homeopathy, called “drainage homeopathy” which has to do with the opening of the elimination organs for detoxification.

Although he works a lot with nutrition and diet, he has found that in order to have deep healing you often have to work beyond just the physical level. He has developed his intuition to the extent where his sessions involve having a type of conversation with the intelligence of the body. Thus he will share with us new ideas about how emotional, mental and spiritual healing can work deeper on the root causes of issues.

Warren loves to raise his organic garden and make his own fermented vegetables. He is an avid reader of spiritual books. He loves to study astronomy to get a balanced perspective of our life on earth. He always feels healthier when he practices qi gong. Going to work everyday is a great joy, every session is like an energetic detective story.
